Job Summary
- The Architectural Supervisor (NYSC) will support the supervision of architectural works on project sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising architectural and finishing works on site.
- Support the review and interpretation of architectural drawings.
- Conduct routine site inspections and document observations.
- Monitor quality of finishes (tiling, painting, plastering, fittings, etc.).
- Assist in preparing site progress reports.
- Liaise with contractors and artisans under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy in site reporting.
- Timely submission of inspection updates.
- Quality compliance observations recorded.
- Responsiveness to assigned tasks.
- Learning and development progress during service year.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Architecture.
- Currently serving (NYSC Corps Member).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
